Reem was my waitress. She was very friendly, kind, polite and patient with our table and kept checking on us constantly. I will definitely come back and ask her as a waitress The food is amazing. The atmosphere is great, the cleanliness is top notch and the food is always top notch. We love Reem as our server all the time

Amazing service from Reem, always fast and happy! The food was excellent, the orange juice was delicious I ordered the gyros platter which I highly recommend. Reem was very accommodating with my 2children and always kept them busy. Which made my children very happy . Thank you Bistro we will Come again

We liked the menu, so we ordered from DoorDash. The Food came quick, and it was still a good temperature, and was packed well. My partner had the pumpernickel everything bagel, with lox and cream cheese, and she liked it a lot. Neither of us have ever heard of a pumpernickel everything bagel before. She loved the flavor of the bagel, and they were very generous with the delicious lox and creamy cream cheese. She said the bagel itself is one of the best she ever had, and that's coming from a lifelong New Yorker. It was so big, she only made it through half, and is saving the rest for later. I had the souvlaki omelette with feta. The eggs were tender, the meat was wonderfully spiced, and I loved the salty tang of the feta. It also came with tender home fries with red and green peppers. This meal was also a total home run. Even with the DoorDash, fees, the price was reasonable. Next time we are in Staten Island we would order again from here. Thank you!.

Bagel Bistro catered a corporate breakfast event that I was at last week.... Everything was great.... Bagels were amazing ..... thank you very much

Ordered our New Years Day brunch .We were so surprised at the amount of food we got. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious. All of our guests took home goodie bags too! We'll be seeing you for our future parties. Thank you Bagel Bistro

So I ordered from here this morning. I have COVID (round 2 for me yay lol) and I feel like absolute garbage and I can barely make it to my kitchen to get a drink of water. Used UberEats...I haven't had a lot of luck by way of 3rd party delivery services lately, but given that I'm so sick, I decided to try again. My estimated delivery time said 9:55-10:15am. Ok, fine. By 10:30 I had nothing, but given that it's a Sunday morning, the place might've been a little busy and I wasn't really in a rush lol. I called around 10:45, because 30 mins late is a little ridiculous. The young lady who answered the phone, who I can imagine was busy, was short and a little rude. She answered my questions appropriately until I asked well do you happen to know when it was picked up....to which she replied "it'll be there soon ok?" And I was a little taken aback by her tone, but I was like ok thanks....and listen, just because you end a phone call with "have a nice day" doesn't mean you provided good customer service. But I digress. Less than 10 mins later, my order finally came. Iced coffee, good, def! No straw but not the worst offense lol. I also order the potato & egg sandwich on an everything bagel. Fantastic! Bagel itself was huge! And it wasn't overly stuffed with food. So finally let's come to the cinnamon roll. Mind you, I only ordered it to meet the delivery requirements. It's quite large, I will give them that. But it was hard (like actually crunchy when I broke off a piece to try) and BURNT. I can't even believe that someone picked up this item and thought it was good enough to serve to someone. So on this note, I enjoyed my originally intended meal of a breakfast sandwich & coffee, was utterly displeased with the cinnamon roll, and was annoyed with the customer service I received. I would give them another chance in the future, but will walk in to order food instead. Here is a pic of the cinnamon roll.
